For Teens Grade 6 & Up

Mary Sabo returns to the library to help us learn to stay calm and be our best selves using The Flow State Method--a program that combines yoga, mindfulness, and self-care to help students nourish their bodies, empower their minds and find a state of flow.  Each session will cover a specific topic like "sleep" or “test stress" and we’ll do a yoga stretch sequence, a mindfulness technique and a self-care activity where students "DIY" by making products like sleepytime spray.
