Image result for every hero has a story cslpSummer is upon us and with this great season comes one of our favorite programs, the summer reading program, where you get to earn prizes for doing what you would be doing anyway, reading!  This year's theme is Every Hero Has A Story, so we will be focusing on superheroes, from Wonder Woman and Superman to all of the superheroes in our communities.  Sign up for the program online through our hamptonlibrary.org website, click on the Kids & Family link and choose the appropriate program for you.  Read anything your heart desires, from magazines to graphic novels, to newspapers, fiction and nonfiction, anything you want, keep track of the books and the time spent reading online by logging into your account and earn prizes.  You can keep track of all your reading from any computer with an internet connection and you will be able to see when you have earned prizes.  To collect the all you need to do is come into the library and speak to one of the children's librarians and they will award you your prizes.  Sign up and get started now, the more reading you do the more prizes you'll earn, the more adventures you can go on, and the more you'll learn.
