Medical Alert Cards for Senior Citizens

The Suffolk County Sheriff's Office has a new program for seniors! If you would like to carry an "In Case of Emergency" card which provides basic medical information about yourself and any doctors or family contacts,  just stop by the library and pick up an application. Please return the completed applications to Marcia, the Adult Outreach Coordinator, before February 15th. You will be notified when the Sheriff's Office takes your photo for the card at the Bridgehampton Senior Center, most likely in March.  The applications are across from the Circulation Desk next to the fireplace when you walk into the library.
