Caregivers Support Group

If you are taking care of an aging parent, an elderly spouse, or an infirm relative, you know how meaningful yet stressful it can be. Join a professionally led group to discuss the issues that confront you daily and to talk about dealing with this challenging passage of time. Limit 10 participants.

Explores images of women and girls in the media. Does mainstream media contribute to the under-representation of women in power and leadership in the U.S.? Stories from entertainers, politicians, journalists, and academics are included. Discussion will follow with ESL students. 90 minutes.
